Overview

Understanding men's health

Men put off health conversations, and short appointments make that easier to do.

We make it straightforward: thorough assessment, plain conversation, and time to raise what matters, from energy and libido to prostate and hormone-related concerns.

What we focus on

A considered, whole-picture approach

Testosterone

Assessment of low testosterone and the andropause, with blood tests for male hormone concerns.

Prostate and urinary

PSA testing, assessment of urinary symptoms and a prostate examination where appropriate, with onward referral when needed.

Heart and metabolic

Blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar reviewed together.

The hard to raise

A private space for the things that are easy to keep putting off, including energy and libido.

We assess urinary symptoms, arrange PSA testing and a prostate examination where appropriate, and refer onward if anything needs specialist input.

Your GP consultations and in-house tests are part of membership. If you need specialist care, we arrange and coordinate the referral; the specialist's own fees are separate.

No. West End Health complements the NHS, it does not replace it. Many members keep their NHS GP, and with your consent we can write to them to keep your care joined up.

Same-day appointments are part of membership. Call by 2pm, Monday to Friday, and we will see you that day, in person, by phone or by video.
