No. You are welcome to join regardless of pre-existing conditions. Our GPs can help manage ongoing issues and help to coordinate care with the NHS or private specialists where appropriate.
Yes. Where clinically appropriate, we can provide referral letters and help arrange private specialist consultations, diagnostics and imaging, including liaising with trusted providers locally and regionally.
If you would like to pursue an NHS route, we can, with your permission, write to your NHS GP with our clinical findings and recommendations to support them in progressing this. Please note that NHS referrals and onward appointments are at the discretion of your NHS GP and local pathways, and are typically subject to NHS waiting times.
For speed and certainty, many members choose the private route (via insurance or self-pay), which we can usually arrange more quickly.
If you’re using private medical insurance, please check your policy for any authorisation requirements, excess amounts, and whether private GP referrals are accepted.
