A thorough understanding of your health, once a year. GP-led across two appointments, with an advanced blood panel of around 150 markers, returned as a personalised written report.

Check-in, vitals, measurements and a physical, with a lifestyle review.

Advanced blood panel

Around 150 markers, including a full blood count.

Heart health

Blood pressure, cholesterol and a QRISK heart-risk score.

Metabolic health

Diabetes checks, including glucose and HbA1c.

Organ and thyroid function

Liver, kidney and thyroid.

Nutrition and urine

Vitamin D, B12, iron and folate, plus a urine health check.

Appointment one: the assessment

Check-in, bloods, vitals, measurements and a physical, GP-led with time to explore your health and concerns.

Your written report

A personalised, written report of everything we measured, explained clearly.

Appointment two: your results

A full consultation to walk through the report with your GP and agree a plan.

Part of an ongoing record

Your results join your record with us, so each year's assessment builds on the last.

Included in membership

The Annual Health Assessment is included in every adult membership, once a year. Membership.

Assessments are tailored by age and sex, so some tests and interpretation may differ. Your GP may recommend optional follow-on tests or referrals where there is clear clinical value; any additional specialist investigations, services or external referrals are chargeable separately. Available to adult members.

Yes. Every adult member receives a full Annual Health Assessment each year, included in their membership.

It is delivered over two appointments, so we never rush the measurements or the conversation that follows.
