Overview

Understanding heart health

Heart disease rarely announces itself. The markers that matter, your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and weight, can drift quietly for years before anything is felt.

We look at the whole picture rather than a single number, set it against your family history and lifestyle, and agree what is worth acting on now. Where it helps, we monitor over time and review any medication, with continuity from the same GP.

What we focus on

A considered, whole-picture approach

Blood pressure and cholesterol

Reviewed together and set against your overall cardiovascular risk, not read in isolation.

Your heart rhythm

An in-clinic ECG where a closer look is useful.

Your risk, in plain terms

A QRISK cardiovascular risk score and your numbers explained, with a clear sense of what changes them.

Onward cardiology

Fast, coordinated referral to a consultant cardiologist when something needs specialist input.
